Getting started

To get your IAIK account ready, please follow these steps.

Password reset​

To choose your password, please use our password recovery process. At the login form, please enter your username or email address.

Forgot your Password

After that, you are going to receive an email with a password reset link. Use it to set your new password.

First login​

After resetting your password, please log on to the account management portal. At your first login attempt you will be asked to set up a second factor (TOTP).

We recommend one of the following OTP clients:

  • Google Authenticator
  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • FreeOTP
  • 1Password
  • privacyIDEA

Create OTP

Your account is ready now.
